Dear Friends,
We recently moved our place and we are now in a new apartment.
We have immigration matters that needs to be updated but we don't know what we should do?
The following are affected
1. EAD
2. H1B
3. AP
4. I 485 related things.
My Ead and Ap has old address and the card also holds the same old address.
Could you please tell me what steps I must initiate to get this straightened out? Do I need a new EAD card? Please help me.

Sure...
Green card is for future employment. When the company files your labor it mentions and shows that it can support the wages for that position.
Example
If the wages mentioned in the labor is 80K and you are getting paid 70K then the IO might want to see if the company is making 10K in profit so that they can pay you 80K.
So if your current employer is making a profit => your prevailing wage then
you are good.
This is what my lawyer told me...you talk to yours

If dates stay current (expected for maybe July), I-485 processing is FIFO based on receipt date of I-485.
If dates retrogress, I-485 processing is FIFO based on PD.
IF dates stay current THEN
I-485 processing is FIFO based on receipt date of I-485
ELSE
I-485 processing is FIFO based on PD
END IF

You said that you live in IL. As far as I know, in IL, they do not care about Immigration Status - unless it is something very recent. My brother lived in IL till March 2009 - and his DL was issued for 4 years. I am sure that this is the case for Motorcycle license too.

Generally attorneys charge a retainer fee. What that means is they are willing to represent you regarding any issues with a case. Some services are covered with retainer fee and they may charge additional fee based on any extra work. For Example AC21 Retainer fee is around 750/- where they submit a G28. Basically it's a file sharing app (flash, xml, php, asp, etc). I really need a logo, and some design work.
Of course, there isn't any payment as it's non profit, and geared toward Kirupa user's as long as your a member here, you can access the app.
I have another guy working with me, hopefuly I can round up a few more peeps.
Of course you will get full credit for whatever work you do on the site credits page.

No need to file 2nd I-485.
Just update your existing I-485 with 2nd I-140 and claim earlier PD. You can claim PD with EB2.
Your lawyer should be able to do that.

Do i have to file successor-in-interest before i update my existing i-485 with I-140 (EB2)?

Just update your existing I-485 with 2nd I-140 and claim earlier PD. You can claim PD with EB2.
Your lawyer should be able to do that.
